Sam called us immediately regarding our inquiry for refinishing our pool. He came by the next day, quoted us a really good deal, and returned yesterday to start the clean-up. We thought the plaster
was coming off, but he spot-acid-washed an area that now looks beautiful!
He also picked up some minor equipment maintenance issues that needed attention, and took care of them. Our equipment is now rockin'! I did not get the feeling he was trying to sell us a bunch of
repairs like I have with other pool companies - actually, the exact opposite! I think we will be asking Sam to do our pool maintenance on a regular basis.
